We had the opportunity to stay down in San Diego two weeks ago thanks to Country Inn and Suites by Carlson in North San Diego. The hotel we stayed was centrally located to everything we had planned to do. It was close to Downtown SD, Mission Bay and La Jolla.
What I really loved about our stay is that the hotel provided Free- Wifi and free hot breakfast. That is always a plus! Eating out can be expensive on vacation and I love that all Country Inn and Suites gives you that extra perk along with fresh baked cookies through out the day. The coolest thing about the hotel in my opinion was that you have the option of bringing your pet. My pet sitter was unable to sit my dogs at the last minute and I loved that I could bring my pet if I needed to. At the last minute I was able to find someone to look after my furry friends, but it was nice that I had the option.
We had a great time exploring San Diego- and I think I'm hooked. We will be heading back again this weekend to explore some more.
